How to place an order

It is very simple to place an order on

  • When you have made your choice, click on the desired size and on the button "add to shopping bag". Your desired articles will be stored in the shopping basket but please be aware that having an item in the shopping bag doesn´t mean that the item is reserved. In case someone else buys the article in the meantime, if there is just one piece left in stock, the item will be taken away from your basket.
  • If you are interested in other products, just continue shopping and add them to your basket.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag button at the top of the page. You can use the "remove item" link to delete items from your shopping bag.
  • If you wish to complete your order, click on "enter customer information" in the shopping basket.
  • You can complete the order as a registered customer or without registration. If you are a new customer and you want to register, you can click on the "register" button to fill in your personal information. Your address will be inserted directly through registration in the order form.
  • Now follow the instructions you receive from the system leading step-by-step through the address information and payment formalities.
  • After concluding your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by E-Mail at the E-Mail address you have provided. You will receive a further message by E-Mail with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This number will enable you to follow the status of your delivery under

We try very hard to ensure that all of the products displayed on our website are available for you. It may happen, however, that due to simultaneous clicks a product is already sold out. You will be informed immediately by E-Mail should this be the case. Your invoice will be adjusted as well. Furthermore, should as an exception the goods ordered not be available, the amount paid in advance will be immediately refunded.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Secret Outlet we strive to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may want to return an item for a different size or color. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges.

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions regarding our return and exchange policy, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Return Terms

For the 2023 holiday season, returnable items purchased between November 23 and December 31 can be returned until January 15, 2024

You may return to our warehouse goods with which you are not satisfied within a period of 14 days (the 14-day period starts on the day in which you receive your order).

Please follow the steps below in order to successfully complete the return procedure:


  1. Go to customer care section
  2. Click on REQUEST A RETURN
  3. Add the required information (order ID, billing last name, e-mail address) and click on “CONTINUE”
  4. You will get to a page with all the information related to your order
  5. There you will have the possibility to click on a “RETURN” button and to fill in and send a return form.

Registered user:

  1. Login with your credentials
  2. Go to  “MY ORDERS” section to find all your orders.
  3. For each order you will have the possibility to click a “RETURN” button that will open the return form to fill in and send
  4. In the “RETURN” section you will also find all your open/closed returns


How to register your return:

1. Fill in your pick-up address (please be aware that the pick-up address must be in the same country as the delivery address of your order).

2. Chose the kind of return shipment.

European countries (we offer you two alternatives):

- UPS pick-up: a UPS driver will do a first attempt to pick up the parcel at your place the day after your return has been processed. Please make sure someone is at your place. In case nobody is at your place during the first attempt, UPS will try again to pick up the parcel the next day, up to a maximum of three attempts. After that, if you still want to return the goods, we will have to organize a new pick up. If you choose this type of return, you won´t need any kind of label, all the info regarding your return will be directly communicated to UPS by us and we will also take care of the organization of the pick-up. Please just pack the goods the way you received them and wait for the UPS driver to come.

- Return label (UPS drop-off): you will receive a return label via E-Mail. Please print it and attach it to the parcel. Then, bring the parcel to the nearest UPS center.

Outside Europe:

-  Return label (UPS drop-off): you will receive a return label via E-Mail. Please print it and attach it to the parcel. Then, bring the parcel to the nearest UPS center.

3. Chose the items you would like to return by adding the hook in front of the article

4. Chose the reason for your return

5. Chose if you would like to register a refund, an exchange or a voucher code (store credit)

6. Add a comment for more details description. (If you want an exchange, please write down in this space for which color/size you would like to exchange your item).

7. You will immediately receive a return number (RAN) by E-Mail.

When you ask for an exchange, in case the desired item is available we will reserve it for you, otherwise we will inform you via E-Mail and proceed with the refund of your money. Please be aware that only after the parcel with the return gets to our warehouse and it is checked your money will be refunded to you or, in case you chose an exchange, the exchanged item will be sent out to you.

Important Info

For the 2023 holiday season, returnable items purchased between November 23 and December 31 can be returned until January 15, 2024

Please notice that we can only exchange items for another size/color, NOT for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order for it.

The return is free of charge, which means that we are going to pay for the pick-up/sending back of your items.

Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH is not obliged to take the goods back should they have been used, worn, washed or damaged. Please pack the goods the way you received them and be aware that we will not accept items without their tags attached.

Please be aware that the return of shoes will not be accepted should they show signs of wear or not be returned in the original designer box. We advise you therefore only to try out shoes on a carpet.

Returns of underwear are accepted, provided that the tags are attached on the items. Please try them on over your own underwear.

Delivery of damaged/wrong goods

Please contact our service department immediately in case you receive wrong/damaged goods. These goods are going to be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded. Please follow the usual return procedure when sending these goods back. You will have the possibility to choose the reason why you are sending them back directly in the return-form.

Customized Items

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products.

Refund Timing

Please note that we have up to 30 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our warehouse. 

Of course we do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 30 days, in fact:

-refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 5 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.

-refund payments to bank accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.

Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are NOT going to be refunded.


Credit Card

The information on the credit card (number of the card, expiry date etc.) are forwarded automatically via a coded security system to the Paymaster without Philipp Plein International AG or any third party having any kind of access to this data. Even in the event of a possible refund, the complete credit card details cannot become known. This is why a refund is only possible on the card with which the purchase was originally made. The financial information connected with credit card transactions (number of the card, expiry date etc.) are automatically forwarded with a coded message without Philipp Plein International AG or a third party having any access to them. Except in the event of a refund on possible returns, this information will never again be used.


Please note that the credit card account is directly debited but the payment is under review by our service provider. We are not allowed to send out the order until the payment is verified.


Please be also aware that with credit card payments the billing address and the delivery address must be both either within or outside EU.


Online security uses the security software SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This is an asymmetrical encoding method in the Internet that protects your credit card data from being overheard or manipulated whilst your credit card data is being transmitted. It is therefore impossible for any unauthorized person to read this data whilst it is being transferred in the Internet


With PayPal, when selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to 'log in' and review the amount shown before clicking on 'pay now'. Once you complete the transaction, you will be redirected to


Please be aware that with PayPal payments we are only allowed to send the orders to the PayPal address. For this reason, you need to make sure that the delivery address

and the PayPal address are the same, otherwise we will have to cancel your order.

Cash on delivery

With cash on delivery, you will pay the amount due in cash directly to the UPS driver at the moment of the delivery.

Please be aware that this payment method is only available in certain countries. Please be also aware that, according to the country from which you are placing the order, there is a maximum amount that you can pay.

A cryptocurrency is a digital currency secured by cryptography, which makes it nearly impossible to counterfeit or double-spend.

We accept payments in different cryptocurrencies for purchases made in selected countries in our boutiques and on site.



How to pay with cryptos?


  • Select your favourite PHILIPP PLEIN items and add them in the shopping bag;
  • Shopping bag shows the total amount expressed in the local currency (i.e.: EUR);
  • During the checkout, you can select “cryptocurrency” as payment method:


· Your order will be created with payment status UNPAID;

· You will be redirected to Coinify’s payment page where you can choose the cryptocurrency.

· The order has to be placed in crypto within 15 minutes.

· You will be redirected to success/failure page

If the total payment amount is more than 35k euro, we will request (as requested from the international law) for the following info:


  • Description of the payment’s background and purpose;
  • KYC information (valid government issued ID);
  • Source of Bitcoin documentation - (referring to the purchase receipt that shows who bought the Bitcoins (name and Bitcoin address), when and where the Bitcoins were purchased and how the Bitcoins were paid for. This can be in the form of a screenshot/PDF/email confirmation.

Please note, all refunds for orders paid with cryptocurrencies will be issued solely in BTC (Bitcoin). Refund amount will remain the same that was received during the original transaction. Any changes in exchange rate will not affect the refund amount.

Klarna Pay Later

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) is a type of short-term financing that allows consumers to make purchases and enjoy no fees when you pay on time at a future date. If you choose to pay with this method, you will pay in instalments only pay after you received your order. Please note that our payment provider is an independent entity. 1 General

1. Secret Outlet GmbH, located at Via Pietro Capelli 18, 6900 Lugano in Switzerland and of which Mr Philipp P. Plein,, is the chief executive (hereafter referred to as "Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH" or "we"), operates an online shop under the Internet address (hereafter referred to as “the Website"). All orders you place through this Website and our deliveries and services are subject solely to the version of the following Standard Terms and Conditions currently in force at the time of the order. Unless we have consented in writing to their application, we do not recognise any differing terms and conditions of the customer.

2.Only consumers may place orders with the online shop. Dealers or intermediaries are expressly not permitted to purchase. Goods will only be sold to consumers in quantities and ranges customarily purchased by consumers.


2 Right to return the goods

1. You may return the goods received within two weeks, without giving any reasons, simply by sending them back. This period will begin on the day after you receive the goods and this information on returning goods, but not before our information requirements in accordance with § 312g section 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with article 246 § 3 of the Introductory Law to the Civil Code have been fulfilled. Only goods not suitable for packaging (e.g. awkwardly-shaped goods) may also be returned by a written demand, e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail, to take the goods back. This deadline will have been met, provided that the goods are sent off in time. All goods are returned at our expense and at our risk.

We request that within the European Union and Switzerland the demand to return the goods should be submitted in writing,e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail. Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH will then arrange for UPS to pick up the goods directly, unless the goods are sent to us immediately without a prior request to return them.

2. You will find all documents that might be helpful to you in returning the goods in the original delivery. The goods must be returned to our warehouse in Germany, NOT to Switzerland.  You will be required to pay any costs incurred, such as customs duty, return postage etc., should the goods be wrongly addressed.

3. Costs cannot be reimbursed until Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH has received back the customer’s complete order with all tags remaining in original condition and original packaging.


3 Consequences of return

1. Should the goods be properly returned, both parties are required to return any services received or use provided (e.g. benefits of use).  Should you be unable or only partly able to return or restore the services or use received (e.g. benefits of use) or only in a worsened condition, you will be required to compensate us for their value. You will only be required to compensate us for deterioration or refund the value acquired through use should this use or deterioration be due to treatment that goes beyond an inspection of the product’s qualities and how it works. You will not be required to compensate us for deterioration resulting from simply putting the product to use in the correct manner. You must only refund the value acquired through use if you have used the product in a manner that goes beyond an inspection of the product’s qualities and how it works. “An inspection of the product’s qualities and how it works” covers testing and trying out the goods in question, as is possible and customary, for example, in a shop.

Obligations to make payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for you when you return the goods or request that they may be returned and for us when they are received.

2. Your credit card will be charged when the goods are dispatched. The card will be credited if the goods are returned, possible currency exchange losses will however not be refunded.

4 Formation of the contract

1. A contract between you and Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH will not exist until we have dispatched the goods ordered to you. You will have submitted a binding offer to us to conclude the contract with you by transmitting an order to us entered on our website. We will carry out the order once you have entered all the data requested during the ordering process and finally confirmed the order by pressing the button “Please order and charge me”.

2. Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH is entitled to reject your order without providing any reason.


5 Important information 

1. The goods offered under are presented in the form of digital photographs of the actual products. Minor differences between this presentation and how the goods really appear do not constitute a defect in the goods ordered.

2. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that products shown on may no longer be available or obtainable at the time of the customer’s visit and that the relevant prices might have changed. The prices offered are shown in Euro, including value added tax but excluding shipping costs.

3. The customer consents to a possible part-shipment by Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH by entering the order.


6 Delivery and dispatch

1. The goods will be delivered solely by UPS. Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH will bear the risk of transport to the customer.

2. The goods will approximately be ready for shipment on the day following your order. Unless anything different is agreed, the delivery will be made from the warehouse to the delivery address given by the customer. Please note that the customer will be charged with all import taxes, customs duties and handling charges that are different in each country.


7 Payment, payment arrears

Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH can offer the customer five payment methods (depending on the coutry):

PayPal, Klarna (invoice to be paid within 14 days, only available in DE, AT, NL), Sofortüberweisung/iDeal, cash on delivery or credit card.

The customer will be required to pay any transfer costs or bank charges incurred.

Any credit notes for returned goods that were paid for in cash on delivery will be transferred back to your bank account. We therefore ask you to provide us with the relevant bank account details when requesting a return. All other payments will be reimbursed with the relevant method of payment (PayPal, credit card).

Procedure when paying by credit card:

Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH has a security encoding for data with SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This method of encoding protects your credit card data against eavesdropping and manipulation during transmission. It is therefore impossible for unauthorised persons to read this data during transmission in the Internet. The goods will be delivered as soon as the bank or credit card company has confirmed that payment has been made.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa Card and Master Card.

With the exception of counter-claims that are undisputed or have been established in law, a right to withhold or to refuse service on the part of the buyer is excluded in relations between businesspeople.


8 Reservation of title

Goods delivered will remain the property of Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH until completely paid for.


9 Warranty

The provisions of the Law on Warranty will apply.


10 Data protection

Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH will store and process all customer data solely in accordance with the relevant laws on data protection. In particular, personal data will only be recorded and stored in order to process an order for goods or, should you have given your express consent, also used for marketing measures by Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH, such as for example in distributing newsletters.  We will not keep personal data any longer than is necessary. We will not forward personal data to third parties. Excluded from this provision are Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH’s service partners that require transmission of the data in order to process the order. In such cases, however, the amount of data transmitted will be limited to the required minimum.


11 Choice of law, validity

Only German law, to the exclusion of UN purchase law, will apply. Should one or more provisions be or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
